AK8 Terms & Conditions — Full Rules for Using the Platform

General Terms

AK8 ("Platform", "we", "us") provides an online betting and gaming service for users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all use of the AK8 website and mobile application.

By registering, logging in, or using any service on AK8, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

AK8 reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified via email or an in-platform notice before any changes take effect.

Account Registration & Management

To open a valid account with AK8, you must provide accurate and truthful information. Submitting false details during registration may result in account termination and forfeiture of any funds.

Account Registration Requirements:

• Each individual may register only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are identified, all associated accounts will be closed.
• The mobile number and email address provided at registration must be your own.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your account password secure. Do not share your password with anyone.
• If you suspect a security breach on your account, contact AK8 Support immediately.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be completed before processing large withdrawal amounts.

Eligibility Requirements

To use the AK8 platform, the following conditions must be met:

• Age: You must be 18 years of age or older. Account registration by minors is strictly prohibited.
• Mental Capacity: You must be in a sound state of mind and capable of making informed decisions.
• Own Funds: You must bet with your own funds. Betting with borrowed money is strongly discouraged.
• Prohibited Activities: Anyone previously banned by AK8 is not permitted to register a new account.

Betting Rules

The following rules apply when placing bets on AK8:

Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless AK8 announces an exception under special circumstances.
• AK8 reserves the right to void any bet where incorrect odds were offered due to a technical error.
• If an event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.

Live Betting

• Odds in live betting can change rapidly. The odds in effect at the time your bet is confirmed will apply.
• If a bet fails to complete due to an internet disconnection, it will be considered void.

Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet amounts are set for each event and market, and are clearly displayed on the platform. VIP high roller members are eligible for custom limit arrangements.

Payment & Withdrawal Policy

The following rules apply to payments and withdrawals on AK8:

Deposit

• Deposits can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket.
• The minimum deposit amount is displayed on the platform.
• Deposited funds are generally credited to your account instantly.
• You must only use payment methods registered in your own name.

Withdrawal

• Your account must have sufficient real-money balance to make a withdrawal.
• Withdrawal limits may apply if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawals may be put on hold and reviewed if a transaction is flagged as suspicious.
• Withdrawals for Diamond tier high roller members are processed instantly.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the specified wagering requirements have been met.
• Bonus balance and real balance are displayed separately.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited time — generally between 7 and 30 days.
• Bets placed using bonus balance do not count toward the High Roller cashback program.

Welcome Bonus

Bonus Abuse

AK8 enforces a strict policy against bonus abuse. Any attempt to manipulate the bonus system — through multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or any other method — will result in account closure and forfeiture of all bonuses.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the AK8 platform:

• Operating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Opening or operating an account using another person's identity.
• Using multiple accounts or placing artificial bets to manipulate the bonus system.
• Attempting to access the platform through hacking, phishing, or any other unauthorized method.
• Using the account for money laundering.
• Engaging in fraudulent behavior toward other members.
• Attempting to introduce viruses or malicious software into AK8's systems.
• Using bots or automated software to place bets.

Responsible Gaming

AK8 takes responsible gaming seriously. Betting should be an enjoyable experience, not a source of problems.

• Members can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• A temporary self-exclusion period (7, 30, or 90 days) can be activated at any time.
• A permanent account closure can be requested at any time.

Members can also request account closure at any time through our support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your real money balance before the account is closed.

Changes to Terms

AK8 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes:

• Members will be notified via email or through a notice on the platform.
• A minimum of 7 days' notice will be given before any changes take effect.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you will be given the option to close your account.
• Continued use of the platform after changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
